1. Who is myfloralapp.com?
MyFloralApp is an online platform offering flowers, cakes, chocolates, and gift delivery services. The Terms and Conditions on this page apply to all orders placed through this website and govern every user's access to and use of our services.
2. Delivery Timings
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 7:30 PM.
Orders placed after 7:30 PM will automatically be delivered the next day.
We aim to deliver on time, but timely delivery is not guaranteed.
Our regular delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
You may request special delivery timings using the “Special Instructions” option at checkout; however, such requests cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur in circumstances such as bad weather, traffic, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, festivals, or peak-season days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year’s Eve, etc. Orders cannot be cancelled due to such delays.
We guarantee midnight deliveries on Valentine’s Day between 10 PM and 12 AM only.
All discounts and offers are decided solely by the MyFloralApp team.
Multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
Address changes are accepted only up to 24 hours before delivery, free of charge.
Any address change requested after this time cannot be guaranteed and the order will not be cancelled or refunded.
Once the product has been dispatched, address changes will not be accepted.
Any modification to your order must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.
Changes requested after this period will not be accepted.
Cancellation charges of 4% apply to all cancelled orders.
The images shown on the website are for reference. Due to vendor differences and seasonal availability, exact replication of bouquets is not guaranteed.

Cake design, icing, and decoration may differ due to local bakery variations.
Any complaint regarding damaged products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The complaint must include photo or video proof for verification.
We follow the delivery instructions mentioned on the website.
We attempt delivery to the recipient only. If the recipient is unavailable or refuses the order, the order will be considered delivered.
An order will be considered successfully delivered in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery address
Recipient unavailable
Premises locked
Invalid or unreachable phone number
Recipient refusing delivery
Delivery handed over to security/reception/neighbour
If the exact product shown online is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, without compromising on theme, style, or arrangement.
The quantity of flowers mentioned in the description will always be maintained.
In case of duplicate orders, we will attempt to contact you for confirmation.
If we are unable to reach you, the decision regarding processing or cancelling the order will be at the sole discretion of MyFloralApp.
If any fraudulent activity is suspected — including incorrect address, inappropriate messages, or suspicious behaviour — the order will be cancelled, and we reserve the right to deny service and block the customer.
If the intended recipient is not available at the address provided, the delivery will be treated as successfully completed, and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to associate with, or deny service to, any individual, business, institution, or organization at our discretion, without providing a reason.
MyFloralApp may update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi
These Terms & Conditions, along with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and all other rules posted on the website, form the entire agreement between you and MyFloralApp.
Any rights not expressly mentioned here are reserved by MyFloralApp.
