Cancellation & Refund Policy – MyFloralApp

At MyFloralApp, we aim to deliver fresh flowers, cakes, chocolates, and gifts with care and punctuality. Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we follow a clear and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hrs  of placing the order.

2. Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

3. Once preparation, customization, or dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • If the order is cancelled within the permissible cancellation window.

  • If delivery fails due to our fault, such as:

  • Delivery delays beyond promised time (except weather/traffic).

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged or poor-quality product.
  • If payment was deducted but the order was not created.

       2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

      Refund cannot be issued if:

       The recipient is unavailable, wrong address, or phone switched off.

  • Customer denies to receive the order at the time of delivery.

  • Customized cakes, special arrangements, and personalized gifts.

  • Orders already prepared or out for delivery.

  • Replacement is allowed if:

  • Product is delivered damaged

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • The product is not fresh (flowers/cake quality issue)

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photos/video.
